Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate and articulate individual to join our growing Customer Care team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints effectively, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction.
You'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns. This role also involves providing accurate product information, guiding customers through our services, and offering solutions to their problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and social media.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide empathetic and helpful solutions.
- Research and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Amul products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Proactively identify customer trends and feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Uphold Amul's brand image by providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Experience
This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. For freshers, a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are highly valued. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
