The Position: Customer Support Specialist

In a Nutshell: Your Role as a Customer Champion

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly face (or voice!) of Amul. You'll be the first point of contact for Amul's many customers, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience. Here's what your day might look like:

  • Answering phone calls and emails: Customers might have questions about Amul products, services, or even recipes! You'll be there to listen patiently and provide clear and helpful answers.

  • Providing product information: You'll become a bit of an Amul expert! Sharing information about Amul's vast range of products, their ingredients, and their benefits.
