The Position

Bank of America is searching for passionate and experienced Financial Advisors to join our remote team. In this role, you'll leverage your financial expertise to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for a diverse clientele. You'll build strong, long-term relationships with clients, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized guidance on a wide range of financial products and services.

Job Summary

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timeframes.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans encompassing wealth management, retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning.
• Recommend and implement suitable financial products and services aligned with each client's unique needs and risk profile.
• Provide ongoing investment monitoring, portfolio analysis, and strategic adjustments as needed.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication, keeping clients informed of market trends, investment performance, and any relevant financial updates.
• Build a strong referral network and cultivate new client relationships through strategic prospecting activities.
• Exceed established sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the financial center.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and risk tolerance evaluations.
• Develop and present personalized financial plans tailored to each client's specific goals.
• Prepare and deliver investment proposals outlining recommended strategies and product solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of financial products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement accounts.
• Stay abreast of current market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Adhere to all Bank of America's compliance regulations and FINRA licensing requirements.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your financial knowledge and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Series 7 and Series 63 or 65 FINRA licenses required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investment principles, financial planning strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to actively listen, understand client needs, and provide clear financial guidance.
• Demonstrated sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload with excellent time management skills.

Experience: Fresher or Experienced?
