The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving customer issues. This includes providing customer support, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience with Big Basket. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support
• Resolve customer complaints
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience with Big Basket
• Work with other customer service representatives to resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date on Big Basket policies and procedures
