The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to BigBasket customers. This includes answering customer queries, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide customer support and guidance
• Stay up-to-date on BigBasket products and services
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
