Job Summary:

As a Technical Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks, including:

Supporting platform development and maintenance: You'll work closely with engineers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.
Automating processes and workflows: You'll develop and implement automated solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Data analysis and reporting: You'll gather, analyze, and interpret technical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving: You'll possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical hurdles quickly and efficiently.
Staying current with new technologies: You'll be passionate about learning and keeping yourself updated on the latest advancements in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineers and other technical teams to understand technical requirements and design solutions.
Develop and implement automated scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Analyze technical logs and data to identify potential issues and troubleshoot them proactively.
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on technical tasks and findings.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends relevant to the e-commerce industry.
Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to team learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or similar role (freshers will also be considered for exceptional candidates).
Strong understanding of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and basic programming concepts.
Proficiency in working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.

Experience:

This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for technology will be given due consideration. For experienced candidates, relevant experience in a technical support or similar role is preferred.
