About the Role:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience to gain exposure to the entire marketing spectrum in the energy sector. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Market Research and Analysis: You'll assist with conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Development and Execution: You'll be part of a team creating and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional media.
• Content Creation: You will contribute to developing engaging content for various marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, and social media posts.
• Event Management: You'll assist in organizing and managing promotional events and trade shows.
• Customer Relationship Management: You might be involved in gathering customer feedback and supporting customer relationship management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze data to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns aligned with IOCL's brand strategy.
• Create engaging content for various marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Manage and update social media channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:
