Job Summary

As a Marketing Sales Representative at Paytm, you'll be responsible for expanding our customer base and promoting our diverse financial products and services. You'll identify and target potential customers, educate them on Paytm's offerings, and convert them into loyal users. This role requires a blend of marketing savvy, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customer segments.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online marketing, telecalling, and social media outreach.
• Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value propositions of Paytm's offerings.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries effectively.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on Paytm's latest products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role (freshers will also be considered for exceptional candidates).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Target-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
