Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for PhonePe. You'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and other marketing professionals to bring innovative campaigns to life. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search engine marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Assist with content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
• Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and recommend optimizations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Support with market research initiatives to identify new user segments and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers can apply).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the Indian digital landscape.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) a plus.
