About the Position:

The eCommerce Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to attract new users, retain existing ones, and drive overall platform engagement. You'll leverage your digital marketing expertise and understanding of consumer behavior to craft compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.

Job Summary:

• Develop and execute data-driven eCommerce marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for user acquisition and engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
• Create engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest eCommerce marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for specific eCommerce channels.
• Conduct keyword research and create targeted ad copy for paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
• Create and manage social media content calendars to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for various user segments.
• Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
• Generate insightful reports and recommendations based on campaign data.
• Stay updated on the latest eCommerce marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads (a plus).
• Excellent content creation skills for various digital channels.
• Proficient in social media marketing and community management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:
