Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our payroll processes. You will lead a team of payroll specialists, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also partner with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure smooth integration and data exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the payroll process, including data entry, verification, calculation of salaries, taxes, and deductions, and timely disbursement of wages.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
• Analyze payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Manage payroll budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, providing training and guidance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest payroll trends and regulations.
• Partner with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
• Experience with payroll software systems (e.g., SAP HCM Payroll, ADP) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
