The Position

Job Summary

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and identify solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers by actively listening to their needs.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (for freshers, exceptional communication and eagerness to learn will be considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software programs.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.

Experience

This position is open to both experienced customer service professionals and enthusiastic freshers. While experience is a plus, we value strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
