We are looking for a talented and experienced Assurance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as experience in conducting assurance reviews. The Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading and managing assurance activities that help to ensure the effectiveness of Yes Bank's risk management framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assurance activities that help to ensure the effectiveness of Yes Bank's risk management framework
• Conduct assurance reviews of Yes Bank's risk management processes and controls
• Identify and report on risks and control weaknesses
• Make recommendations for improvement to Yes Bank's risk management framework
• Work with other members of the risk management team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
